Rebar Thread Rolling Rebar Processing Machine Electric For Construction Use
Rebar thread rolling machine is a new type equipment for processing threads, which is applicable to producing rebar taper thread for rebar taper thread connection in structural engineering. It can make taper threads of grade HRB335 and grade HRB400 and grade HRB500 rebars with a diameter range of Φ16 mm～Φ40 mm.
This machine possesses of many patented technologies. It features multi-function, advanced structure, convenient movement, fast-speed processing, high efficiency, high quality thread, labor-saying operation, low intensity of labor, safety and reliability as compared to the existing taper thread-producing equipment. It has raised rebar thread and pipe thread-producing equipments to a new level.

Cutting Blade Adjustment: First loosen the pressure screw on cutting body and the jack screw on the upper part of cutting body. Keep the cutting body drawing back, also ensure the rollers have clamped the testing bar. Adjust the jack screw, make all the sharp part of the cutting blade touch the testing bar. Then lock pressure screw, make the cutting body open and withdraw the testing bar. At last lock the 6-M10 lock screw diagonally.
3. Thread Length Adjustment: According to the required thread length, adjust ruler indicator to relevant position.
