Knitted wire mesh (also known as Mo-catching nets, woven mesh), is weaving mesh with special form. It is not only the main components used in wire mesh demister and other separating project, but also is widely used in motor industry. With the development of the industrial level, people have known about it more and more.
Our company has more than 20 models different weaving machine. Wire diameter of prolate wire or round wire is in the range of 0.08 to 0.3. The formed screen can be crimped into a corrugated shape and we are prepared many material for offering customers.
The standard of knitted wire mesh is Shanghai enterprise standards. In 1991 the new standard Q/YSZZ-88-91 instead of the original standard Q/SG12-1-79. The standard ordered the three kinds of knitted wire mesh, that is standard, efficient and high-penetration.
According to the standard, our company has hundreds of specifications’ knitted wire mesh to be chosen. It includes SP.HP DP HR of wire mesh demister in the standard of HG/T21618-1998.
