We add the intelligent control device into the electrical control system. It can execute the automatic control completely, duly and effectively during the smelting process, so that the equipment will always run in the optimum condition. Then throughput increasing, energy saving and loss decreasing will be achieved greatly. The application computer can control the electric-furnace smelting and technological process effectively. Along with the increasing of electric arc furnace capacity and improving of specific KW/T, the high speediness and accuracy is required during control process. Hence good running effect will be achieved accordingly.
