They can be in h6 ground or as-sintered; in full-length ( 300-330mm) or cut-to-length, the diameter can be available from 1.0 mm to 38 mm.
All of our carbide rods blanks are made from extrusion method and HIP Sintered, they are ideal materials to make solid carbide cutting toos, such as Endmill, Drills, Reamers, taps, etc...
The standard Grade is Co 10%, 92 HRA, Micron Grain Size..the other grade, like Co 6%, Co 8%, Co 12% can also be available as request..
