Facing the high pressure ( usually the pressure as high as 200-420 MPa) and wear-resistance of the waterjet Nozzles, almost all the trantional fine grain size or micron grain size of Carbide is not workable too weak at all, in order to meet the market demand and solve the wear-resistance problem of the waterjet Nozzle, after long time trial and test of the experiments, we have developed and bulk produced the Carbiode Nozzles with Low-cobalt ( less than 1%) content and nano grain Size, which has received a great approvement.
Nearly Zero Cobalt content and Nano Grain Size ( about 0.2 micron) can make this materials be of very excellent wear-resistance for this appplication, the hardness can reach 2600 Hv30. the detailed information for this Grade is RDL01
Characters: Nearly-0-cobalt & nana grain size, for high-resistance materials specially,the tool life can be more than 130 hours ( for cutting steel)
