General Introduction
1, Our automatic hysteresigraph system (DMT-4) conforms to the standard permanent magnet test system (GB3217-92).
2, It is used to measure the major and minor hysteresis loops, demagnetization curves, recoil hysteresis loops and initial magnetization curves in different temperature of ferrite, AlNiCo, SmCo, NdFeB and quenched material, and gives the magnetic parameter, Br, Hcb, Hcj, (BH)max, Hk and so on, and could meet different requirements on test function, precision, power capability, reliability, efficiency, price, local environment from laboratory to enterprise's production line.
Features:
1.Double work mode: Whole computer control mode or non-computer mode
2.Automatic transmission, drift adjusting, automatic calibration, automatically compensate, zero adjust automatically, zero resetting and so on
3.Suitable for the great sample test from powder material, Φ3 small stick of the material to Φ260
4.Various test coils: Allow to adopt prefabricating J coil, B coil, built-in pole coil, and hand mode coil
5.Simple operation
6.Testing speed can be adjusted
7.Many optional types of print: use ink-jet printer or laser-jet printer to type and publish many kinds of exquisite color, dark curve graph and form. There are Chinese or English character, system of unit, single picture or multi-picture to be chose.
