Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height (depth0 may be different because of different conveyed material and gradient of conveyor.
1. Shape and characteristic
On the surface of the belt, there is chevron pattern higher than the belt body. The pattern may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types. High, medium and low.
2. Usage
It can convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the inclination of no more than 40, it can also convey packaged materials.
