Our company is one professional manufacturer,exporter in various type of forged grinding balls, forged ball. Grinding ball since 1986 with a full range of hardness can be provided in standard sizes, the ball hardness profiles to maximize wear and impact performance, customized product is available to meet milling and ore conditions.
We hold the only automatic forged roll grinding steel balls line in China, which is developed and researched by ourselves. As the raw materials in producing steel balls are high quality alloy steel, we can assure the high hardness and good wear resistance of the products supplied.

2.Standard ball sizes for choosing: diameter 20mm to 150mm, (Diameter 1 inch to 6 inch)
3.A full range hardness we provided in standard sizes: Mean Hardness HRC55-HRC65; (BHN560-BHN750), we can also make the balls with the customers’ request;
4. Products all-round properties: High Hardness, Good Wear Resistance, Even Wearing;
5. Mechanical Properties: Impact Test: 12 J/CM2 Minimum;
6.Dropping test: like diameter 100mm forged ball should be 10000 times no breakage with 3.5 meters standard height;
7.Packages:By flexible container bags (1000kg/bag), or by steel drums (850kgs-900kgs/drum)
8. Delivery time: Under 500 metric tons shipment within 30-45 days normally;
9. Quantity available: 10000 metric tons monthly;
