I.Features:

II.Production capacity:

Weaving machine
We have more than 80 weaving machines, include 30 dobby jacquard weaving machines and 50 jacquard weaving machines. We can do jacquard towel with dobby border. And also, we can offer the fabric for the printed towels by ourselves. We can control the production quality better.

Printing machine
We have 5 printing machines, which are made in Taiwan. The whole production lines are highly automated, and our machine have the dye pattern. After printing, the towels will be sent in to the dye pattern, in order to keep good color fastness. |

Washing machine
We have 5 washing machines. The towels are unfold when washing. It is good to keep the good color fastness, and also, it can make the velour more regular. After this work, the surface of the towel will be more flat, and the towel feeled very soft. |
