POWER CONNECTION- Verify that the voltage of the battery charger corresponds to that of the system. Use the lamp within places prescribed and governed by current regulations on workplaces and electrical systems. Check that the plug fitted on the cable is suitable for the work environment; if it is not, it must be replaced.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE – Plug into a suitable socket. Always check that the device is operating efficiently and that it is not affected by faults that could impair safety: do not remove the guards. Do not open the device: maintenance must be performed by skilled personnel only. The lamp is supplied with discharged batteries. Connect the lamp to the battery charger. Don’t exceed 24h recharge time to avoid battery damage. Do not disassemble the battery charger neither the lamp: an improper assembling may imply risks of malfunctioning or permanent damages. When recharging, both the battery charger and the lamp would slightly warm up. This is normal.
ACCESSORIES AND SPARE PARTS – Use only accessories and spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS – The choice and the use of components have been made taking into account the conditions of use and the anticipated working life-span of the lamp. Install the lamp in such a way as not to pose any hazard for exposed people, as long as it is used correctly. No guards or signals will ever be enough unless the user takes proper precautions, the lamp is kept in good condition and the instructions below are precisely followed. Learn how to use the lamp properly before starting any jobs. Make sure the person using the lamp does so in a safe way and that he/she knows how it works. Avoid exposing yourself or other people to pointless risks. Do don’t remove, modify or disconnect THE SAFETY DEVICES fitted by the manufacturer, but check that these are not removed or that their efficiency has not been reduced. Keep the work area free of any tools and any other unnecessary objects.
