Product Description
The Application:
It's specially designed for screen printing on different kinds of glass containers , such as wine bottles, beer bottles, drinking bottles and glasses, goblets.
The Features:
1. It uses a very simple technique to settle registration problem without positioning point. Firstly, the key technique is to print with hot melted high temperature glass ink, then burn in a high temperature oven in order to make the ink merges with the glass. The image is firm and bottle can be washed repeatedly to prevent environmental pollution and save costs.
2. This machine allows to print the glass bottles up to 4 colors.
3. Controlled by PLC and touch screen display, with kinds of monitor system to ensure the machine running stable at high speed.
4. According to the characteristics of products, this machine can be equipped with many kinds of functions.
5. The main parts are imported from Germany, USA and Japan to ensure the machine quality and stability of printing.
6. Three languages such as Chinese, English and Spanish supported.
7. We can customize machine according to the special products.
