Jumbo Bath Tissue Slitting Rewinding and Perforating Machine  is designed to make smaller width roll from big jumbo roll. Rewinding and slitting from single-layer to two ply, three ply, or four ply different sizes jumbo roll, use to fold paper towels, napkins, facial tissue and so on. 1. With air-fill shaft to rewind the finished products, the orientation of core easy and nicety.
2. Edge embossing unit(new improvement): adapts big diameter set structure, which uses supersteel heat treated, through fine grinding, chrome plating  then fine grinding again, to guarantee the precision and hardness, so it will be not easy to be damaged. Moreover, the pressing device of embossing adapts high pressure resistance air cell, to make each embossing wheels get same pressure, so the embossing quality will be very good(optional)

3. Horizontal style unwinding stand, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, pneumatic belt driving, each jumbo roll with individual tension adjust device.
