3.Usage: set up in the highway and road where the collision is easy to happen 
between the vehicle and fixed facilities on the road, such as; the road 
turning, booth in the way, toll station and the exit and entrance of highway, 
which take the function of insulation, warning the drivers and effectively 
decreasing  the wallop when the vehicle collide with such device. Its surface 
is coated with glistening film, and can be also stick with indication label 
according to the needs.
