Available in vaious sizes or made to customer requirements, wear plates can be used in a combination of different sizes to create optimum layouts that provide the greatest impact and wear protection.
Wear Plates can be simply welded onto a surface with no pre or post heating.
Ideal for chutes,hoppers,bins,liners,impact walls,rock boxes and a lot other applications,wear plates help to reduce dowmtime and increase output.
The chrome-moly white iron with finished minimum hardness of 63HRC or 700 BHN, delivers maximum abrasion protection, while the steel ba
cking plate absorbs high impact and facilitates ease of fitting and use.
The bonding shear strength is over 30,500 psi (or 210 Mpa) and will not separate.
