The PTFE membrane filter material for dust filtration is made of e-PTFE membrane laminated on various synthetic fiber filter felt (PPS, glass fabrics, P84, aramid fiber).
They provide an excellent combination of filtration efficiency and near zero emissions.Features: Excellent efficiency, increased air flow, decreased pressure drop, dust cake release, thermal stability and durability etc.Application: cement, paint coating, petrifaction plastic, food, metallurgy industry dust collectors and processing, lowest overall maintenance and operating costs. PTFE porous membrane for air filter. Space rate is about 82%, average hole diameter is about 0.3μ-m. The membrance has special functions of high Breathability excellent chemistry stability, small friction quotiety high temperature resistness etc. After laminated with the PP, PET & other non-woven fabrics, the dust clear rate could be above 99.99%.
