IRIS-200BB grease lubricant for steel wire ropes

【Product introduction】IRIS —200BB steel wire ropes surface grease is the high quality grease lubricant refined by the high quality colophony, antirust, lubricant, stabilizer and the coupler and it has good adhesive force, lubricity, antirust and high dropping point and doesn’t contain asphalt.

【Product application】It apply to protect the elevator, ropeways steel wire rope and fiber core 。It also can be used in cranes, engineering machinery, port machinery steel wire ropes and fiber core. This product is the same to NYROSTEN 65 and ELASKON 20BB.

【The characteristics of the products】

1. The strong adherence can significantly reduce the steel wire to splashing oil during the high-speed movement;

2. The good lubrication can always keep the steel wire, braid rope in a good lubrication condition;

3. The good antirust can effectively extend the usage life of the steel wire rope;

4. The high dropping point can fit the wide temperature requirements of the working steel wire ropes;

5. Primrose yellow, doesn’t contain asphalt;

6. It have high friction coefficient.
