The new, recently designed sterilizer was created through careful selection of materials,
components and technical solutions that ensure durability, productivity and functional safety
at every moment.
All of our machines are constructed according to a high standard of reliability and hygiene.
CONSTRUCTION:

Chamber |
rectangular, with central crease and drop. The existing piping under the covering protection is in AISI 316 Stainless steel . |
|
Jacket |
built in AISI 304 Stainless steel , Chamber is tested with hydrostatic pressure equal to 1,5 times the project pressure. |
|
Piping |
manufactured in Stainless steel AISI 316 or AISI 304 . The piping also has thermal insulation to avoid heat loss . |
|
Chamber support structure: |
built in carbon steel. Adjustable feet allow leveling system and optionally casters for displacement. |
|
Two independent validation inlets: |
located on the lateral side of the chamber, allows introduction of sensors for process temperature data collection. |
|
Chamber drain: |
protected with 1 ½” diameter filter in perforated stainless steel plate. Located from the flange of the non-sterile door side. |
|
Doors: |
Doors movements through a pneumatic cylinder, without counterweight, with an anti-crush sensor and calibrated clamping force.The door has internal side in stainless steel AISI 316L (optionally in ISI 316 Ti) with sanitary polishing finish |

Silicone gasket: |
round, activated by compressed air to maintain the tightness of the door during the ste-rilization process. |
