Brief:
This Autoclave Steam Sterilizer is designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485
system and latest moist steam sterilizer related standards.
High capacity to ensure excellent performances even at productivity peaks. These steam sterilizers
are characterized by a great portability thanks to standard and customized cycle programs, in an
effort to gain the best results and optimize time, energy and resources.
Programs:
* Test programs: Bowie & Dick test, vacuum leak test.
* Working programs: Multiple customizable programs for textiles, instruments, rubbers, culture
medium and liquids in unsealed bottles.
* Main adjustable parameters:
Sterilization temperature rage: at 105°C to 134°C
Sterilization time rage: 0---99 minutes
Vacuum times: 0---9 times
Drying time: 0---99 minutes
* Multiple adjustable parameters to ensure user’s customized programs are available, accurate
and perfect sterilization effect.

Steam feeding:

- Built-in electrically heated steam generator
- Combining steam generators: individual electrically heated steam generators or natural
gas heated steam generators
Water:
Softened water (Hardness <50ppm/pH Neutral) is at least requirement for the autoclaves’
durability and safety of the goods to be sterilized.
Water pressure: 0.15----0.3MPa
Compressed air:
Oil free compressed air is important to the autoclave’s running.
Oil free silence air-compressor is optional for user’s selection.
Compressed air pressure: 0.5---0.8MPa
