Pneumatic piston rubber lined on-off butterfly valve
ZSHWJ Series of Butterfly Valve Lined Rubber, uses rubber lined butterfly valve disc, which has a spherical sealing surface,and silicon rubber pad based on the seat adjust the valve sealing performance; It is portable operation, with tight sealing performance and long service life, which can be applied for quickly cut off and flow regulation functions. The valve body adopts split type, the two ends of valve shaft is controlled by fluorine rubber on the rotating base which is between the disc and seat; Closed connection ensures that the valve shaft can not contact with the flowing fluid.
Characteristics
Rubber lined butterfly valve lined with EPDM has very strong corrosion resistance and erosion resistance capability with long service life. The disc material is duplex stainless steel, such as 2205, 1.4529 and so on, which have extremely strong resistance to chlorine ion corrosion (resistance to chloride ion 40000ppm), high surface hardness and strong comprehensive mechanical properties, especially for slurry application. Austenitic stainless steel can also be used according to the working condition. The disc and resilient EPDM sealing combination realizes bubble tight sealing. The connection is wafer.
