Birch Film Faced Plywood

We are Xuzhou Huasen Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. It is a industrial and trade enterprises with Xuzhou Hengxin Wood Co.,Ltd plywood factory, Xuzhou HengTai furniture Co.,Ltd sofa factory,MDF board producing factory and a million tons temperature storage. Production base located at the intersection of the Grand Canal and the Longhai Railway, in the eastern of Lianyungang port, near the Guanyin Airport. Nowadays we have 4 lines highgrade film faced plywood , 5 lines of commercial plywood and one MDF board production line. Produce 60,000 cubic meters plywood and 20,000 cubic meters MDF board per year. There are 850 workers with 120 technical staff. Advanced equipment and strong technical force, make products specification.

We main supply the products of plywood, film faced plywood, marine plywood, block board, MDF with sizes 1220MM * 2440MM and 1250MM *2500MM,also other sizes are available.

plywood mainly using poplar, combined hardwood , Okoume, beech, Bintangor, Birch etc. The types of glue are MR, WBP and Melamine,E1,E2.

About marine plywood

a)Face/Back: We use two types of veneer thickness as face, 1.0mm and 1.2mm . Of course, we can supply the 1.0mm thickness face as your need

b)Glue: The glue is Dynea phnolic glue, for 72 boiling easily.

c)Core: The imported okoume logs are produced into large good pieces veneer. And these large pieces veneer are used to produce the marine plywood.

Film faced plywood

The thickness is from 8 40MM .

The types of glue are MR, WBP and Melamine.

The types of film are black film, brown film, Dynea film, yellow film and so on.

The types of core are poplar, birch and other combi core.
