General Information
It is a high efficiency conduct continous drying equipment. Its structure and work theory make it high thermal effiency, low consumption, small cover area and easy operation. It is widely used in pharmacy, chemistry, food, feeding and agriculture products. At present we have three types, normal pressure, closed type and vacuum type and four sizes of 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000. Also, four materials, A means carbon steel, B means the part which the materials may touch is made of 304 stainless steel and C means, beside the part that the materials may touch, the steam pipe, main shaft, top cover and the inner part are made of 304 stainless steel too, T means it is made of special materials. The drying area is from 4 to 8 sqm. Totally, we have more than 300 series products which can meet various drying requirement.
The auxiliary equipment, such as draft fan will increase the output and it will be suitable for drying the heating sensitivity materials, also it is convenient for recycling the solution. Besides, it can be pyrolysis reaction.
Work Theory
The materials are fed onto the first layer of the drying tray by the automatic feeder, the harrow arm turn the materials continuously. The materials go through the surface of the tray and the materials on the small tray will be conveyed to the outer edge and then drop down to the outer edge of the big tray and then drop down form the centre to the next small tray. The small and big tray is one by one laid, so the materials are flow through the whole drier continuously. The heating media is steam, hot water or conduct oil. The heating media is fed from one side of the drying tray and come out from the othe side.
The dried materials drop down to the bottom layer from the last drying layer and then it will be conveyed to the discharging gate by the harrow. The humidity will be discharged from the materials and comes out from the humidity-discharge gate on the top cover while the humidity will be taken out by the vacuum pump if it is the vacuum drier. The materials on the bottom layer can be packed directly.

PVC resin, PTFE resin, fumaric acid, anthraquinone, nitroanthraquinone, paraaminophenol, melamine, cyanuric acid, sulfanilic acid, chemical inhibitor 168, azoic coupling component As, stearate, aniline, nitroaniline, pentaerythritol (double), chlorcosane, sodium calcium, triethylene diamine, sodium benzene sulphinate, m-phthalic acid, thiourea, aniline black dyestuffs, acid dyestuff, etc.
2: Inorganic chemical industry
Light calcium carbonate, ACC, nanometer superfine calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, trihydrate alumina, silica white, strontium carbonate, barium carbonate, potassium carbonate, rubberlith, rongalite, permanent white, lemery, microspheroidal catalyst, magnesium hydrate, bluestone, nickel salt, sodium molybdate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium fluoride, cryolite, iron oxide red, lithium hydroxide, zirconium hydroxide, calcium phosphate, sulfur, etc.
3: Pharmacy and Food Industry
Penbritin, salt, alkeran, intermediate compound, cephalothin, cephalosporium triazine, analgin, peimitidine, vitaminB, vitamin C, medical metasilicic acid, coffin, tea, flower extract, folium ginkgo, chocolate powder, amylum, corn embryo and other medicine raw materials and medical intermedia.
4: Feedstuff and Fertilizer
Potassium carbonate, potash fertilizer, protein feed, feed aureomycin, mycelium, bran, lees, food seed, weedicide, fibrin, calcium hydrophosphate, etc.
