The GOT filler ring is die-pressed by low sulfur expanded graphite, with precise size and undefined density, and without any extra filler or adhesive. The purity of the graphite is more than 98%, does not need any anti-corrosion treatment. Generally, the section of the filler ring is square, also can be wedge-shaped or V-shaped, the later two shapes are suitable for high pressure position.
Reinforced Graphite Filler Ring
It is die-pressed by pure flexible graphite, and inner lined with metal, the reinforced material can be stainless steel foil, mesh or other materials.
Product application: It possesses all the characteristics of the expanded graphite, can undergo the severe alternating of temperature and pressure, which is an ideal filler for valve and all kinds of static sealing. Unless avoiding being used for the serious damage of the valve rod, it can be singly used, and can be used together with GOT-572 high-carbon fiber packing end ring, to avoid the flier from extrusion.
GOT has cooperated and matched with multiple manufacturing factories both home and abroad.
