New concept of mixing
No horizontal shaft +No obstruction of arms and shaft=No agglomeration of shaft + Ideal mixing swirl
The twin-spiral-shaft mixer is essentially different with the traditional twin-shaft mixer. It is not direct horizontal shaft, adopted the helical axis of the mixing. Thus, in the same body, the space of the twin-spiral-shaft mixer is larger, the amount of mixer material is more.
Non-axis
There is horizontal shaft in the common mixer, the line speed is low, easy to hold the axis and get agglomeration. With special "non-axis" structure, the twin-spiral-shaft mixer will not produce the phenomenon that concrete aggregate bonding center axis shaft and wont get agglomeration.
High-efficiency
High stirring speed: With the spiral arrangement of paddles, the mixer mix more intensely, stirring speed is faster.
Much more space: No two horizontal shafts and arms in the center of mixer, a larger space.
High input speed: The center gravity of the main mixing axis is outside, the inertia is bigger, and can improve the speed of materials input greatly.
Saving energy, protect the environment
Less energy consumption: A small peak current, short duration, the mixing time is short, save more than 30 percent energy consumption.
Environmental protection: With special "non-axis" structure in the twin-spiral-shaft mixer, it is not easy to hold the axis and get agglomeration, greatly reducing the concrete solid waste.
