This female branch tee is a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and nickel-plated brass push-to-connect fitting. The branch tee fitting is T-shaped and has push-to connect tube connections on both ends of the main run and a female threaded connection on the branch at a 90-degree angle from the middle of the tee. Dimensions for tees are represented as A x B x C. "A" and "B" indicate the main run on the fitting, and "C" indicates the branch. It has female British Standard Pipe Thread (BSPT) threads on the branch for connecting male threaded pipes and it has push-to-connect tube connections on both ends of the main run. The NPT threads create a tighter seal than straight threads.
