Applications:
to be used as raw material of PPSB non woven fabrics which has been widely used in
the field of medical and sanitary health care products, disposable protective cloth, agricultura, furniture, interliner and package materials, shoes lining, tourism and daily use etc.
Advantages:
by adding Caco3 & other accessory ingredients into PP, it decreases the usage of PP and maintains the spinnability of the non woven fabrics. The main advantages of the product are as below:
- adding inorganic substances can save the usage of the organic substance from petrol, it save the energy, ecological and decreasing the emission of CO2:
1:consumption of 1.25 tons of propylene output 1 ton of polypropylene;
2:save 1 ton of propylene is approximately equal of saving 1.1 tons of crude oil
3:save 1 ton of polypropylene equivalent of saving 1.25 tons of propylene
4: save 1 ton of crude oil equivalent of savings about 1 ton polypropylene save 1.25 tons of propylene
5: save 1 ton of crude oil equivalent of saving about 3.06 tons of carbon dioxide
6: save 1 ton of polypropylene equivalent to the deduction the emissions of 4.2075 tons of carbon dioxide
- help accelerating the degradation process, it can save up to 50% burning time and decrease the emission of harmful substances during burning.
- the inorganic substances will not pollute the earth and water, and it can be recycled.
- the product has been tested by SGS, the test result shows thatit is free of formaldehyde and other heavy metal elements such as Pb, Sb, As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Hg, Se and other toxic and hazardous chemicals in the product, it’s a totally green product.
