High quality use on wire extruding machine double-axis take-up machine:
1. Double-axis take-up, bar equipment and shaft-mounted dual-use, take-up spool: Φ500mm-630m;
2. Automatic mete, Automatic shut down in place;
3. Take-up motor powe: 5HP Germany Siemens moto, with the import of Japanese Mitsubishi inverter;
4. Wir array with 1/4HP Taiwan Chengbang gear motor and Japanese Mitsubishi inverter, micro-computer control the wiring space, to make sure it flat;
Description:
WE67K series CNC hydraulic press brake has two hydraulic cylinders with electro hydraulic servo valve. Deflection can be compensated by hydraulic vaulted back-off system.
Backgauge mechanism can control several backgauge axes. Its frame is welded with steel plate
and is treated with annealing.Hydraulic system adopts integrated control system and imported ring
seals. It has a beautiful and simple contour. CNC system uses DA65W/DA66W/DA52 system with
Chinese manu made in delem company of Holland.
It can also be equipped with mould fixture according to customer’s requirement.

Back gauge adopts precision ball screw, linear guide, synchronous belt wheel drive, run fast, accurately positioning data.
5. CNC system adopts two-axis servo control technology, set and saved hundreds of bending programs, each consists of a plurality of machining step programming.
6. Front feeding device moves lateral through precision linear guide, easily control the spacing between the arms.
7. Adjustable height level, which greatly improves the convenience of the work piece bending.
