Fabric weaving Owning the most advanced rapier looms, Sulzer G6200 and G6300, which were made in Switzerland, along with the Staubli electronic jacquard head from Germany, we could well adapt to the production needs of all kinds of jacquard and satin towels.
Printing Several printing production lines are introduced from abroad. We could print all kinds of towels, blankets, and other fabrics. The color could reach up to 12, and the largest pattern is up to 250x200cm. The production lines are highly automated, automatically correcting and color. The patterns we dyed are clear, precise, bright, vivid and soft.
Sewing As the matching process facilities, our factory owns various kinds of towel sewing machines, inspection devices. And the annual capacity is over 200 million dozens.
After finishing High degree of specificity of the stenter, imported fluffy dryer and other equipment are stable guarantees of improving the quality and the effect in the process of after finishing.
