Desc ription
The trainer is composed of Al alloy frame rail bench, electromechanical parts, PLC mould, frequency converter mould, button mould, power supply mould, wiring terminal bar and various sensors etc., the whole structure is open, can be disassembled. Students can disassemble and adjust the feed and detection parts, transportation parts, distribution parts and automatic production lines etc., freely; PLC mould, frequency converter mould, button mould, common parts can be exchanged and combined randomly, for teaching and training on professional and technical knowledge and skills for electromechanical equipment installation and commissioning, PLC control program writing and running, frequency converter speed regulation system combination and commissioning, PLC control system installation and commissioning, optical and electromechanical equipment combination and commissioning.
Its PLC mould I/O terminals, frequency converter wiring terminals, all common moulds and PLC terminals are connected with each by safety plugs and sockets, cables; all circuits combined by instruction switches, optical switches, sensors and indication components are connected through the wiring terminal bar, in order to ensure that the students will learn the basic skills and connect circuits quickly, safely and reliably.
