And we also can use the better MDF such E1 or Carb2 standard if you need.The paint used in the frames is very clean which is ok for RoHS. For example, the lead content is very low, which is less than 0.06mg/L.The product specification is controlled by strictly with an error of 1mm. How can it be ensure? All the part of the items are cut by the digital machine which is handled by the computer program.All the painting on the surface of the products are 100% handmade.Every item in the mass production is without any dust because the last coat is painted in one no dust workshop.The surface of each product is polished as smooth as possible before each paint to make sure the finished paint is nice lookingOur master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/㎡ and the middle paperboard is 100g/㎡ and the inner paperboard is 120g/㎡. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.Mail order packing or drop test packing is workable for us because we have some customers who specialize in online business. So we have much experience in this kind packing.Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.
