Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production.All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which content the lead is no more than 0.06mg/L.The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.The finishing coat of all the products are sprayed in one workshop which we call it dust-free plant. So the products are really clean without any dust.Polishing the surface of each product before next paint is a necessary step. This step makes sure the paint can adhere to the surface of the product good enough.Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/㎡ and the middle paperboard is 100g/㎡ and the inner paperboard is 120g/㎡. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.Frame corners are joined by a high frequency healed machine. So the glue at the corners can be drying very fast to make the corners strong enough.
