Description:
 

 Common Features

1. By adjusting the spacer, the purlin roll forming machine is able to produce six kinds of products with different specifications.
2. It adopts stepless variable speed drive, including manual type and automatic type, to fabricate different purlin panels, ensuring high precision and stable performance.
3. According to the customer\'s requirements, there are three options for the production process which are pre-punching and pre-cutting type (punching – cutting- pressing), pre-punching and post-cutting type (punching – pressing - cutting), as well as post-punching and post cutting type (pressing – punching - cutting).
4. Our purlin roll forming machine can be designed according to the drawings and requirements provided by our client.
 

Features

1. The GWC large size C purlin/Z purlin roll forming machine has two separated roll forming modules, one is for the production of C-shaped sections and the other is for Z-shaped sections. Other parts, including the base, hydraulic decoiler, straightening machine, punching machine, cutting machine, hydraulic station and electronic control system, are shared and used for both production processes.

2. For each module, 6 kinds of corresponding products could be manufactured by adjusting the spacer, indicating that this machine is able to fabricate 6 kinds of C sections and 6 kinds of Z sections in total.

3. Our product has a bracket-type frame, and transmission is realized by the gearbox. In addition, this machine is customizable.
