Fly ash AAC Block Production Line
Introduction
AAC Block, also called Light Block, used siliceous (fly ash, sand, slag) and calcareous (lime & cement) as the main raw materials, which through the process of batching, pouring, precuring, cutting, autoclaving, separating and packing to make into the final products. It is new type & environmental construction material and widely used for industry and civil building construction. AAC Block machine is the most mature technology of production and application in the worldwide nowadays.
The whole production line includes four big processes, like raw material preparation, mixing & pouring, static curing, cutting, and steam curing & packing.
1, Raw Material Preparation
(Equipments: Jaw crusher, Bucket elevator, Silo, Electronic Vibrating Feeder, Ball Mill, Mold, etc.
2. Ingredients Mixing & Pouring
(Equipments: Screw conveyor, Silo, Aluminum mixer, Pouring machine, Control system, etc.
3. Static Curing & Cutting Section
(Equipments: Static stop maintenance room, aac block cutting machine, air compressor, Recycling mixer, etc)
4. Coding and Autoclaving
(equipment: steaming larry, winch, autoclaves, boiler, etc.)

Advantages of AAC Block
1.Light weight
AAC porosity ratio reaches 70%-80% of whole block. Its density is 400-700kgs/m3, 1/3 of solid clay bricks, 1/5 of common concrete blocks.
2.Good heat preservation
With a large number of pores inside, AAC has good heat preservation. Normally, AAC blocks with thickness of 200mm can preserve heat as well as those common solid clay blocks with thickness of 490mm.
3.Good fire resistance without releasing harmful gas
Main materials for AAC are inorganic. It has features of keeping temperature, resisting fire and releasing no harmful gas. With good heat preservation to the steels, buildings made of AAC bricks can only be destroyed by surface when they are on fire.
Production procedure
Firstly, batch the measured raw material;
Feed raw material into pouring mixer for slurry making;
Pour the mixed slurry into the mould;
After pre-curing under a certain temperature and time, the block would reach a certain hardness and prepare for cutting;
Rollover hoist turns over the mould of 90 degrees;
Rollover hoist separates the already-formed material from the mould and transfers it with side plate to the cutting cart;
Cutting machine horizontally cut the formed material;
Cutting machine vertically cut the formed material; turning and grouping crane transfer the cut material(semi-produced block)to curing cart after remove the bottom part of cut material(semi-produced block)by turning firstly;
Group the curing cart and semi-produced blocks move in to autoclave;
Block being steamed and cured at a certain temperature and pressure;
Move the finished blocks out of autoclave;
Finished product crane transfer the block to the block clamping machine for package;
Packed and loading;
Side plate get back for compositing with the mould for the next slurry pouring;
Processing steel bars for slab production.
