1. Billing function
² One meter can inspect the calling time and fee of 8 lines at the same time.
² Automatically examine the control parameters, tariff table and real-time clock after switched on, in order to ensure the accurateness of time and fee counting.
² An inner-placed and independent lithium battery supplies power for the real-time clock. It can keep the clock working exactly for an enough long time.
² Two modes to start charge: reverse-polar signal , pressing keys by hand . These two modes can be applied respectively or simultaneously. Otherwise , special charge modes can be customized at the time of purchasing .
² Not only in current time but also in the future time, our integrated tariff solution could adapts to various complicated charging requirements, for example charging determined with several fee components, multiple time-segment charge, multiple discount modes. Besides the main tariff table, user also can set a standby tariff table and specify its startup time. Once the specified time is reached, the standby tariff table will be enabled automatically.
² There are 2 sets of tariff table in one system：main tariff table and standby tariff table. Users can set a standby table and the time to enable it if needed.
² Each call kind (AreaCode kind) can set at most 5 different fee components. And each fee component could be divided into 8 different time segments and any one of them could applies different discount rate or swap. Each fee component can set its valid working duration (means the relative time segment during one call).
² During the billing course, different charges are adopted in different time segment. The switch process of tariff and discount is automatic.
² Can set 100 holidays, and each one can use a independent billing scheme.
² Multiple forbidden calls, free calls and special service calls can be set.
² Can specify whether to permit making local calls, domestic calls or international calls respectively.
² Can identify the dial mode of DTMF .
² Incoming calls can be set as forbidden, free or charging mode.
2. Record and statistic functions
² Can record and store the latest 16,000 phone bills.
² Can record and store the accumulative calling time and fee in the latest 420 days.
² Independent statistic parameters to the times, the calling time, the charged amount for out-going calls and incoming calls respectively. And the sum of the two groups.
² Independent statistic parameters to the called times of forbidden calls, free calls and special service calls.
² Can query the accumulative phone bills .
² Can query the accumulative phone bills of each line .
Can query the phone bills of any segment of time .
