High Chromium Cast Steel Rolls The hardness of High Chromium Cast Steel Rolls rolls is as high as 65-80 HSC.Its matrix gives itself excellent wear resistance and good fire-crack resistance. HiCrS rolls have a low carbon content range of about 10%. An important characteristic of HCrS is that the mill is not required to adjust special water cooling conditions.
