Breathable Pallet Cover
"KangDa" breathable membrane has excellent performance at water resistance, high vapour permeability, Good performance at UV resistance and 100% recyclable polymer materials, fit the ecologist requirements.
consists of three layers. It is a modern product manufactured by a lamination with an electrostatic field of a water vapour permeable and waterproof film between two layers of nonwoven polypropylene spun bond to form a flexible sheet. An outer spun bond layer in green is tear resistant. The middle layer makes the underlay waterproof and breathable and the third, white layer, protects the middle layer against mechanical damage and also assists in tear resistance.
How the "water-drop" come out? In different temperature, the air will contain different amount of moisture in itself, the warmer the more moisture. In winter, the air close to inside of wall or roof will be warmer, and when it pass through insulation layer and touches the cold roof tiles or shingle, it will fast condensation and become "water-drop". These water drops will fall back to insulation material, because of this, the insulation material will become wet. As it is inside of roof or wall, it will not easy to dry. And then, the insulation layer material will be damp and mould, been damaged quickly.
