Descrition:
Base on the substrate, do chemical treatment firstly, primer coat secondly, 3-color overprint thirdly and then varnish or functional varnish coating.
Print coating line is designed an fabricated by world top-level company to realize 3-color/trichromatic overprint effect. The pattern is capable to bring about plenty of effects of multilayer, parallax and 3D effect, such as wood marble, camouflage, fabric, leather, stainless steel and copper etc.
Applications:
Decoration, Kichen Stuff, Office Furniture, Cabinet, Metallic Ceiling, Cladding, Shutter doors, Garage Doors, Interior Steel Doors, partition wall, Metallic decoration sheet and interior-decoration for vessel.

How to order?
please inform me:
a. pattern: OEM
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of Zn coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.
Packing
Test:
chemical component analysis;
mechanical properties (ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation);
technical properties (flattening test, bending test, blow test, impact test);
exterior size inspection;
hydrostatic test;
X-ray test.
Payment
a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)
Delivery time
Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
