PPGI Steel Coil is paint on hot dip galvanized steel make its corrosion resistance better. Meanwhile, there are various colors painted for your choice and simulated pattern of wood grain, marble, granite can be customized specially. Besides, it is usually used to indoor and outdoor decoration.EN10147 PPGI Steel Coil is Zn 60g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back, it can service for at least 20 years without fading.
Prepainted steel sheet is better than powder and spray paint material, for Lower price, good crush resistance ,not to drop paint The surface has high-grade exture and better glossiness,and it\'s smooth witout abnormal grain.Our products are environmentally friendly.

Service life
Our general PPGI steel is Zn 60g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back, it can service for at least 20 years without fading (related to different environment)
How to order?1.1.1 We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil
1.1.2 For customized products, please inform me:
a. colorUsually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 3 feet, 4 feet and 1250mm.
d. paint thicknessUsually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of Zn coatingWe can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.
f. with film or notWithout film is the most selection
Payment
a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)
Delivery time
Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay
