Color Coated Steel Coil
Color coated steel galvanized coil is is extension of hot dip galvanized steel .Paint makes its corrosion resistance better .Meanwhile, there are various colors painted for your choice and simulated pattern of wood grain, marble, granite can be customized specially. Besides, it is usually used to indoor and outdoor decoration.
Our manufactory has capacity for 400,000 Ton color coated steel coil per year.
Color Coated Steel Coil is usually Zn 60g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back.
How to order?
1.1.1 We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil
1.1.2 For customized products, please inform me
a. color
Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample
Other special grain:simulated Wood grain ,Stone grain and Embossed
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of Zn coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.
