Brief Introduction :
ECOGRACE smaller dust extraction Filter Unit generally pulse jet type dust collector and sold by assemble in whole for shipping . It is generally with smaller air flow from 2000 M3/H to 30000 M3/H , which is small in outside dimention , and we will design the most reasonable dimention for easy container loading and shipping , no need more installatino work at production site . It will be assembled in whole and put into the container , you can directly start when take out from container .

Working Principle of cyclone dust collector filter unit :
1. The compostion of small dust collector unit :
Single Baghouse and assembled in whole before shipping and only one step before starting .
Assmebled Filter Unit , Fan , PLC , air compressor .
The heavier particle will be fall down by cyclone first , it will save the abrasion on the fabric filter in baghouse filter in the second step bag filtration .
2. The filter cleaned by solenoid valve pulse. ASCO and GOYEN is the regular band we take .
3. Filter cage and filter bag will be fit in the assembled baghouse .
4. Good and reasonable design for the hoods and capacity of dust collector will reach a very different working result for the steel plant induction furnace .
