The material handling including milling , mixing / blending / batching process. We customize desgin and produce for material handling process , mixing , feeding , blending , batching process . The dust collected will be recycled .Here , introduce our pulse jet baghouse dust collector for general dust source in process of material handling , feeding , mixing , blending , batching . The air flow is usually from 6000 M3/ h to 60000 M3/h.

ECOGRACE single baghouse dust collector Filter Unit is generally with smaller air flow from 6000 M3/H to 60000 M3/H , generally , there will be more than 2 dust source points share one set dust collection equipment . Our special and expertise design on the ducting and suction hoods will be different and excellent in filtration and cleaning for production shop .

Working Principle of dust collection systems :
1. The compostion of small dust collector unit :
Assmebled Filter Unit , Fan , PLC , air compressor . Rotary dust discharging.
2. The filter cleaned by solenoid valve pulse. ASCO and GOYEN is the regular band we take .
3. Filter cage and filter bag will be fit in the assembled baghouse .
4. Good and reasonable design for the hoods and capacity of dust collector will reach a very different working result for the steel plant induction furnace .
