Applicable to dispensing of injection, transfusion, frozen-dried injection powder and vaccine.
1, The series of Liquid Dispensing Tank are designed and manufactured fully according to the demand of GMP and other standards, such as and etc.
2, Material is adopted 316L or 304 imported stainless steel plate. Internal and external surface is mirror polishing treatment, Ra≤0.28μm.
3, It adops imported sanitary mechanical seal products from UK John Crane or Germany Burgmann as the seal of blending shaft. The reducer adopts Germany Flender or SEW. The frequency converter adopts Japan Panasonic or Germany Siemens. The mixing speed is 14~200 r/min (variable speed).
4, Agitator is divided into top mechanical and bottom magnetic. And stirrer paddle types are including propeller, spiral, anchor, frame, etc.
5, Form of Jacket: coil jacket, dimple jacket and full jacket.
6, Insulation material can be adopted according to customer's requirement, such as rock wool, polyurethane and pearl cotton.
7, Accessories: Manway, Liquid level meter, Load cell, Vent filter, Thermometer, CIP spray ball, Sight glass & lamp, Sterilization steam vent, other tri-clamp inlets and outlets.
