SAE J517 type 100 R17 hydraulic hose has smaller bend radius and outside diameter, and it is suitable for hydraulic equipment connection in narrow installation space. It needs stripping outer rubber layer in withholding joints for this kind of hydraulic hose. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from black oil resistant synthetic rubber, making hose perform well in delivering hydraulic oil. Reinforcement is made from one layer of high tensile steel wire braid, making hose resistant to bending, kink and fatigue. And the high tensile reinforcement makes hose suitable for high working pressure environment. Cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, heat, weather, ozone and aging. And the appearance looks like cloth.
