Warp tensile strength :> 960N/5x20cm Weft tensile strength: >1060N/5x20cm
Warp elongation: <35% Weft elongation: <55%
Operating temperature: Continuous: <90C Instant: 105C
PP needle punched filter felt has more advantages when compared with PET needle felt. It is acid and alkali resistant, and has low intenerate point. So PP needle punched felt are often used in liquid-solid separation field to equip with frame press filter, vacuum filter, bag filter centrifuge and other separating facility at below 100 centigrade.
We can change the normal PP needle felt performance by finishing treatment such as singe, calendar, heat set, coat and membrane.
Note: The weight (300~900 grams) and width (within 2.3 meters) can be customized! We can finish them with singeing, calendering, heat setting, Teflon coating and membrane
