1. What is your products?
We supply all kinds of fashion fabric, both woven fabric and jersey fabric, and we also keep stock in many colors for some best-sell items. For the stock items, there is no minimum.
2. How long can I get a price quotation?
For most items, once we know the fabric type, width, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
3. Is there a minimum order requirement?
According to the items you choose, each fabric will have different minimum. For the one have greige, the minimum is 300m/color for silk, and 800m/color for polyester. And for the stock items, there is no minimum.
4. Can we get a sample for reference?
We offer free sample swatch, but the freight will on your account. And since we had been in long relationship with many brands, we can also arrange the sampling roll in your certain color with color surcharge.
5. How to check the quality?
You can send your original sample to us, then we will send you some similar sample for your reference. And before production/sampling roll, we will send you the color labdip/strike off for your confirmation, and then go ahead the production/sampling roll, and send the shipment sample before shipping.
6. What is our warranty of our products?
It is 60 days after shipment and before cutting.
7. What we are to the environment?
All the detergent and softener we used for dyeing and print are all environment friendly, and can meet high brand customers' requirement.
8. What we are to the society?
The employment of us and the subcontractor, is freely chosen, no use of forced, including bonded and prison labour. And no use of child labour, only workers above the age of 15 years or above the compulsory school-leaving age shall be engaged.
