Semi-automatic X-ray inspection machine Usage
Battery productions are tested online real-time with the X-ray transmission principle.
The X ray inspection machine XG5010 is widely used in lithium battery, SMT, LED, electronic products
processing and casting manufactures. It mainly analyses internal defects of product with images in high
quality, high magnification and high resolution.
The machine with automatic testing software is special for square shape soft packing battery. And the
software is independent research and development by our team. It realize automatic measurement and
judgment.

General measurement function: measure the straight-line distance,circle-diameter, concentric circles, the distance between a point and center of a circle. protective function: X ray tube automatic protection:X ray tube automatic into protection state if the machine without any operation after 20 min (time can set by user ) .
2 . Safety protection device:
Doors excepting the the electric box door are equipped with photoelectric sensors.The machine immediately stop emission X -ray and get into a protection model if any door open.
