Instructions:
1,Recommended concentration:cutting:3-8;Use concentration can be adjusted according to processing requirements
2,Use (change)of new fluid method: before using the new liquid,clean the storage tank and piping circulation(with 1~2% dilution of product and adding bactericide 0.3 ~ 0.5%),at last add the productt evenly circulation can be used.
3,Tank liquid supply or maintenance: when need supply tank need supply,should add water with corresponding percentage of original solution
Attention:
1,Machine tool should be complete filter, slag system, timely removal of scrap metal, oil slick and other impurities, if not many days to start the machine tool,if machine downtime for a long time,should air circulation and oxygen filling tank at least 2h/day.
2,Central fluid feeding and central cooling system, should be detailed operational procedures, that person is responsible for operation. maintenance and management.
3,Mixed with other brand cutting fluid is prohibited
4,This product should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated inside storeroom, leakage should be avoided in the sun, rain, 5 ~ 35 ℃ storage temperature.If improper storage cause the product status changes, restore specified storage temperature after mixing, and then dilute liquid, does not affect the
processing performance, can be used normally.
