Technical Function of Hot Stamping Foil:
1) Temperature resistance: The temperature scope of golden and silver PET hot stamping film is -40-210, and the
highest working temperature is 170
2) Waterlogging tolerance: It can be long preserved at the environment of 90% relative humidity.
3) The heat coefficient is 0.22-0.25w/m.k
4) Stability: Absorb 0.2-0.3% and shrink 0.7-0.8% in 24 hours
5) Radiativity: Good gamma radiation resistance and good UV-resistance
6) Incendivity: V0 grade, fireresisting (L01) 46-47%
7) Physical function: Vitrification transfer temperature is 215, and the density is 1.27-1.4/cm3
8) Elasticity: The fracture tensile stretch is 59-60%, stretching intensity is 90-100Mpa, the rockwell hardness is
100-110, and the toughness is 50-60J/m
9) Covering (gold, silver) racking strength: (3-10) N/25mm
Usage of Hot Stamping Foil:
The PET gold and silver hot stamping foil has good metallic effect, with stereoscopic impression, high illumination, fine morbidezza regularity, strong delicacy and noble feeling. It is mainly used for surface decor of printing, packaging, scutcheon, metal board composition, plastic decoration material composition, technical garland, shopwindow, cigarette box, construction material and so on.
