Proceesing:
The raw material be harvested from farming to factory around 3 to 5 hours been chilling < 4 Celsius degree. Quickly been sizing and grading and de-heading ; peeling and deveined then Weighting and tray arrangement after Contact Freezing or Invidual Quick Frozen for keeping best quality of final product to customer.
