Heating and humidifying system
1. Heater
Spiral nichrome tubular electric heating element heater , High accuracy temperature fluctuation and with long lifetime .
2. Humidifier
Use shallow slot method to humidify. Humidity measurment use wet and dry bulb method.
3. Secondary protection
3-1 Over-temperature protector:(protect the sample and the chamber)
3-2 Humidifier empty burn preventer(protect the humidifier)
