          Application:

It is used to determine the abrasion resistance of printing ink. Wrap the abrasion hammer in dry or wet standard abrasion paper and have it abrade onto the specimen’s surface and founder the specified load, stroke and speed to assess the grade of stain for the abrasion paper and or the wearing degree of specimen surface.

          working principle
To be grinding the sample layer and the friction paper, load the friction body, rubbing against each other at the prescribed speed, through the wear layer density before and after the measurement of friction before and after grinding layer or coating thickness variation to determine the wear layer or coating wear resistance.
